As to protect the users of the web site and Internet Relay Chat server (IRC) of the domain "AnimeLab.com" and related affiliates, it is our general policy that we shall, at any time, remove access for any specific user that threatens Anime Vortex or any user present on our network with acts of denial of service, floods or exploitable bugs.

If at any time after the initial temporary removal of access, the same violation reoccurs, we hold ourselves liable to permanently remove any user from our server we deem to be a danger or a rampant nuisance.

At this time we also hold the responsibility to notify the users Internet Service Provider (ISP) of violations and abuse of our services if deemed necessary.

The use of proxy servers or “vhosts” will result in immediate notification to the affected parties for removal of their open proxy from the internet and addition of the proxies internet address to a major open proxy list.
